All fixtures are packed and shipped (insured) from our facility in Ivoryton, CT, unless alternative arrangements have been made at time of order.

Costs for packing and shipping are included in items ordered through our Web Site with the exception of large fixtures, custom fixtures or those with wired hooks may need to be crated and shipped via common carrier. Large fixture shipping exceptions are noted in the Product Info tab associated with those fixtures. The following fixtures do not have freight included in the pricing: Acanthus Leaf Chandelier (Style 501CST and Style 501CDT), Meeting House Chandelier (508CMT), French Chandelier- Grand (515CGT), French Triple Tier Chandelier (516CLT) and Tulip Leaf Chandelier (542CLT).

For those fixtures where freight must be specifically calculated, please call Customer Service at 860 767-7032 and we will provide an estimated shipping charge once the specifics of the order are known in addition to the shipping destination. We will invoice shipping separately for that reason. All shipping charges must be paid before we ship.
